The Omaha Real Estate Market Update

The Omaha Real Estate Market continues to remain strong, but there are signs of it slowing down.  Average prices for new and existing homes continue one a record pace.  However, the number of sales is decreasing compared to last year.  The monthly residential closings have been less than 2016 in 7 of the previous eight months.  You can see it all in the Omaha Real Estate Market Update .

The Omaha Real Estate Market is still ahead of the previous 12 months in volume, but is down in closings Year-to-Date.

The Absorption Rate (months of inventory on the market) continues to drop and is at an all time low.
